These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Laser Point Solutions website at laserpointsolutions.com and any quotes, orders or services we provide to you. By using the website or placing an enquiry or order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Website information
Product and category photographs are for illustration. Actual products may vary in colour, finish, size and packaging. Descriptions on the website are general and do not form part of any contract until confirmed in a written quote or order.
3. Enquiries, quotes and orders
Prices, quantities, specifications and delivery timelines are provided in a written quote and apply only for the validity period stated in it.
An order is confirmed when we receive your written approval of the quote, any advance payment agreed, and the approved artwork.
We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if a product is unavailable or the requirement cannot be fulfilled. In that case we will refund any advance you have paid in full.
4. Customisation, artwork and proofs
You are responsible for supplying artwork, logos and text that are accurate and that you have the right to use. You confirm that your materials do not infringe any third party’s rights.
We will share a proof for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors in the approved content, such as spelling, logo placement or colours that appear in it.
Minor variations in printing, engraving, colour and finish are normal for customised products and are not defects.
5. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes will be shown on the invoice. Payment terms, including any advance payment and balance due, will be agreed in writing with each order.
6. Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery dates are estimates that depend on approvals, production and courier schedules, and are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide.
7. Cancellations, refunds, returns and defects
Cancellations: cancellations or changes after production has started may be chargeable for materials and work already completed. We will show these charges to you in writing.
Refunds: where a refund is due, we will pay it to the original payment method within 15 working days of agreeing it.
Customised products: customised products are made to your approved specification and are not returnable merely because they are customised.
Defective, damaged or wrong items: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace the item or refund its price, as agreed with you. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use the website to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes without permission, or to interfere with its operation.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, images and other content on this website are owned by Laser Point Solutions or used with permission, and are protected by applicable laws. Logos and names of client organisations shown on the website remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
10. Third-party links and services
The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, or from delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for defective goods or services under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supply, including claims that they infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights.
13. Complaints
Please send complaints to the Grievance Officer named in our Privacy Policy, at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Terms agreed in a signed quote or order remain in force for that order.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For business customers, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Consumers may also file a complaint where they live or work, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows. Before any legal step, we ask both sides to try to resolve the matter by discussion.
